- When I started reading FINDING YOU by Emma Nichols, my first thought was how wonderful it was to have a sensual description of characters and setting. So many books now "cut to the chase" without drawing clear pictures that touch our senses. I found myself thinking of words like, "sensual," "seductive," "subtle," and "suggestive." The characters were allowed to need, want, and yearn for a few pages before hopping into the physical realm. Love writing like this. I was enthralled with the book, until I began to realize that it was a series book and would not end at the ending. I am not a series fan and like my stories to have a neat and tidy conclusion. On the whole, the book is well written, but unless American English and British English have a very different sentence construction, this book needed another round of editing. Quite a few sentences were rocky with dependant clauses tied to something other than the subject of the sentence. Had to reread several sentences to figure them out. Takes a different set of eyes to catch these mistakes, because the writer will just read through them without seeing the problem. I know, because I've been there. Fun book, Emma! Congratulations!
- I loved that this story was fluent with its cultural boundaries. Beautiful women from all parts of the world and moving between vibrant cities and breathtaking scenery. There's no way anyone can possibly read to the end of this book without IMMEDIATELY buying the second one. Great stories get you invested with characters, I am hooked and eagerly await the 3rd book in this series. Thanks for the refreshing travel through Paris and London and Corsica.
- Finding You was a great story that I couldn't put down. I was holding my breath at the end praying for Lauren and Anna. The characters where well developed and the storyline keeps you interested. Very well written. Great love at first sight story. Get Remember Us at the same time the cliffhanger at the end will have you going right into the next book.
- I found myself trying really hard to connect with the characters and the story, but as the book was coming to the end it started to take off and suddenly it became more interesting, the second book is much better.
- OMG! Don't start this book without having "Remember Us" sitting at your side ready to go after you read the last page. Wonderful story and well written with many twists, turns and coincidental connections. Pack both books for your vacation or quiet time in front of the fireplace.
- Once you get involve with the characters, you will not stop reading till the end!! I felt happy, hilarious, sad, desperate.... All because of the characters. A love story that will capture your heart, your soul and your mind. Believe me, you will run to read the next book!!!!

I so enjoyed this romance. It is written in the third person moving between the two lead characters Anna and Lauren are delightful. I usually don't like love at first sight, especially between two women who seem to be the most beautiful, smart and talented women in the world, but Ms. Nichols did a solid job of making me feel invested in their relationship. I don't want to give anything away, but I thought I was going to be very disappointed when they decided to take a big step together, but when the book ended so dramatically with a twist out of nowhere, I was left stunned and had to buy the second book immediately.
Ms. Nichols writes snappy dialogue and uses great imagery, however, there were quite a few typos and grammatical errors which always pull me right out of the world of the book.
